This Privacy Policy explains what Craft & Command (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use the website, the intake form, or the Contractor Command Center product, and what we do with it. We try to keep this short. If anything here is unclear, write to us at craft-command@polsia.app.
What we collect
- Contact intake. When you submit the Get-Started intake, we collect the fields on the form — your name, business name, email, phone, trade type, team size, the system you use today, the problems you’re trying to solve, the service you’re interested in, how you’d like to be reached, and any notes you add.
- Account. If you create a Founding Member Beta account, we collect your name, email, and a hashed password. We don’t see the cleartext password.
- Operational data. Within the product itself, the records you create — leads, jobs, payments, expenses — are tied to your account and used to deliver the service.
- Site usage. Standard server logs and any basic analytics may record which pages were viewed. We do not sell that data.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We don’t run ad networks on this site. We don’t enrich your intake with third-party data brokers.
How we use it
- To reply to your intake and follow up the same business day.
- To deliver the Contractor Command Center product and the support you ask for.
- To send essential service emails — onboarding, billing, security, and any material change to this Privacy Policy.
Where your data lives
Intake submissions are processed by our contact-form service and delivered to the inbox at craft-command@polsia.app. Account and operational data live in our managed database (Postgres) and our authentication provider. We do not export, sell, or share this data outside of this stack.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Write to craft-command@polsia.app and we’ll reply within one business day. You can also delete your account from the profile page.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and email active Founding Members at the address on file.
