Craft & Command is a hands-on studio for owner-operators and family-run contractors — people who run the work and the books, usually from the cab of a truck.
We ship two things. First, Contractor Command Center — a mobile-friendly operating system that helps small contractors manage leads, estimate appointments, proposals, jobs, scheduling, payments, expenses, follow-ups, and profit, all from one secure account. Second, hands-on services — Command Setup, Proposal Polish, and Back Office Reset — for owners who want a person building the system with them, not just an account to log in to.
We work with concrete, masonry, HVAC, landscaping, demolition, pressure washing, and any trade that meets a tape measure. The customers we fit best have a team somewhere between one person and twenty, call everyone by name, and want one place that holds it all.
